Four steps. Here is exactly what happens, and what you need to do at each one.

Drop off
Send your supplier the address of our Guangzhou warehouse (or our depot in Turkey). They deliver the goods there.
Shipping
Your parcels are consolidated in a container, or fly out if you chose air freight.
Arrival
Each container is announced by its reference once unloaded in Douala. Check the Arrivals page.
Collection
You collect your parcels at our Douala warehouse, Bocom (Youpwé).

Documents, fees, lead times and collection: what to know before your first shipment.

Documents needed: To collect your goods: your phone number, your full name as it appears on your ID, and the reference number.
How fees are calculated: China sea rate card on the Rates page. The exact price is given on WhatsApp for your shipment.
Typical lead times: Sea: 45 to 60 days. Air: about 1 week. Departures every day, 7 days a week.
Collection rules: Write your full name, phone number and address on every parcel. To collect, give that name and number. Your parcels stay at the warehouse for about 2 to 3 days. Let us know if you need more time.
