Your phone number and the container reference are all you need. You’ll see your parcels, the container’s stage and its expected arrival date.

How it works

One stage,
one status.

At the depot, your parcels are registered with your number. Each time the container moves to a new stage, the Clovis Cargo team updates the status here.

Write your full name, phone number and address on every parcel. To collect, give that name and number.

  1. Drop-off

    Your parcels are registered to your number, then loaded into a container.

  2. In transit

    Sea: 45 to 60 days. Air: about 1 week.

  3. Collection

    Once the status reads “Ready for collection”, come to the Youpwé warehouse.
